Case21: H2000 Only shows 1 Association status with Multiple MMEs

1. Issue Description
Client integrated 2 MMEs with H2000, two S1SigLinkServer are configured, but only shows 1 record for AssocStatus

2. Troubleshooting
Check the EPC configuration and found the “PLMNMatchS1Enable” is enabled, and “Device.Services.FAPService.1.CellConfig,LTEEPC,PLMNList 1.X 681D64
S1SigAddrIndex” is set 1

3. Solution
After diable the switch “PLMNMatchS1Enable” and change “S1SigAddrIndex” to value “0” which indicated unlimited. It shows 2 records.
